About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM, to hire compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses looking to make a meaningful impact, for their Medical Surgical team. As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of Registered Nurse experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Active New Mexico RN license & Current BLS certification

- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and disease prevention
- Support patients through examinations, treatments, procedures, and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
