About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring and the ability to manage a diverse patient population.

Requirements

• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of MS/Telemetry experience
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Strong skills in telemetry monitoring and acute care nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products
• Perform patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
• Utilize rapid response and code protocols when necessary
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and peripheral IVs
• Provide respiratory support including oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and HFNC
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
