About The Position

Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for their Med-Surg-Tele units. These are temporary positions, running from October 2026 through March 2027. The hospital offers competitive pay and a completion bonus. The role involves providing excellent patient care, including assessments, treatment, and management of patients throughout their continuum of care, including pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains. Nurses will adhere to all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies, and embody the hospital's core values and mission statement. The position is part of a large network of nurses and offers opportunities for growth through charge, supervisor, and nurse manager-in-training programs, as well as a nursing executive tract. Robust continuing education and skills diversification are also highlighted.

Requirements

One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility REQUIRED.
Registered Nurse with current California RN license
Current BLS certification - American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association
NIHSS Stroke Cert
Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s
Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Responsibilities

Providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs.
Providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
Providing care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
Practicing in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies.
