About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate bedside care in alignment with organizational standards to ensure high-quality patient safety and recovery. The Registered Nurse will track and communicate patient progress dynamically across shifts to keep care teams and families fully informed. They will coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to streamline treatments and create a unified, supportive patient experience. The nurse will execute physician and nursing directives promptly and accurately to maintain seamless care delivery and drive discharge planning early alongside the healthcare team to ensure patients transition home or to next-level care safely and confidently.

Requirements

Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OR military CPR-First Aid training.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required.
