About The Position

This role involves delivering direct nursing care while strictly adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders. The nurse will implement, monitor, and adjust individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments. They will serve as the central hub for all medical disciplines (doctors, therapists, specialists) to ensure unified patient treatment and will evaluate and organize the resources and steps necessary for a patient’s safe transition out of the facility.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
