From first assessment to long-term recovery, our team plays a vital role in building hope and healing. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is ready to bring strong clinical skills, leadership, and compassion into a fast-paced admissions environment for our new Mobile MAT Clinic operating throughout Charlotte and surrounding communities. This program helps bring care directly to clients who may face transportation barriers or difficulty accessing traditional clinic locations, ensuring treatment reaches those who need it most.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited RN program
  • Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license OR a multistate compact RN license
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte region for mobile services

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administering medications in accordance with provider orders
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Performing intake assessments for new clients
  • Ensuring physician orders are carried out appropriately
  • Monitoring and obtaining vital signs as needed
  • Conducting impairment and withdrawal assessments, including COWS
  • Providing medication education and coordinating patient care plans
  • Delivering nursing care within a mobile medical unit while adapting to diverse community settings and patient needs
  • Supporting outreach events and community-based services throughout the Charlotte region
  • Maintaining safety, infection control, and efficient use of limited mobile clinic workspace and equipment
  • Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver accessible, high-quality care in underserved and remote communities
  • Supporting safe, effective nursing practices within RN scope per state guidelines
  • Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff when needed
  • Traveling within the Charlotte service area as part of the mobile clinic team to support community-based care
