About The Position

The Registered Nurse Manager leads the daily operations of a 145-bed child and adolescent psychiatric facility and oversees delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for people with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. The role drives implementation and ongoing evaluation of nursing practices across hospital units, supports exceptional patient outcomes, and fosters a collaborative team environment.

Coastal Harbor Treatment Center provides specialized behavioral healthcare to children and adolescents through a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility and an acute inpatient unit. The nursing team uses a top-of-license model in which RNs, LPNs, and Mental Health Technicians apply their skills and expertise as part of a collaborative team focused on safe, high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Georgia, or eligibility to receive or renew one.
• Three years of supervisory experience; inpatient setting preferred.
• Three years of experience in mental health.
• Current CPI certification.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

• Inpatient supervisory experience is preferred.
