About The Position
A community hospital near Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to join its leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position in a Long-Term Care setting. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. Additionally, up to 6 months of free housing is provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care nursing experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience required
- BLS certification required or eligible to obtain upon hire
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality patient care and nursing operations within the long-term care setting
- Serve as a communication liaison between nursing staff and organizational leadership
- Manage staff performance, patient concerns, and operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
