About The Position

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager for a 12-week assignment to oversee daily nursing operations, support clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The RN Manager will provide leadership, coordinate workflow, promote regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Previous RN leadership or management experience required
• Experience supervising nursing staff and daily unit operations required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required
• Knowledge of quality improvement, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
