Requirements

Valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment
Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards
Permit, and a valid BLS Certification.
A valid ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards
