About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, medication administration experience, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Active Nebraska RN License or Compact RN License.
- BLS Certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
Nice To Haves
- LTC, Skilled Nursing, Geriatric, or Rehab experience preferred.
- EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Assess and monitor resident conditions.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, and nursing procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs as needed.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
