Requirements

Current Texas RN license in good standing (for RNs)
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience (for RNs and LVNs)
Current Texas LVN license in good standing (for LVNs)
Current Texas CNA certification in good standing (for CNAs)
Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility) (for Caregivers)
High School Diploma or GED
Current CPR/BLS Certification (In-Person Course Only)
Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months
Valid Texas Driver's License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
