About The Position

As the parent company of AmeriStaff Nursing Services, QCN Home Health Care, Sun Medical Equipment and Supplies, and RxIV Pharmacy, we deliver comprehensive healthcare solutions designed to meet the needs of our patients and communities. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing Home Health team in the Metro Detroit area. This position primarily consists of in-home patient visits, including: Start of Care Visits, Skilled Nursing Visits, and Supervisory Visits. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and passionate about providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout assigned areas
• Ability to use electronic medical records/software on a tablet or smartphone
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Previous home health or skilled nursing experience
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Complete Start of Care, supervisory, and routine skilled nursing visits
• Assess patient conditions and document findings accurately
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered by the physician
• Educate patients and family members regarding care plans and health management
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
