About The Position
Offering multiple shift opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center located in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Both the LPN and RN are responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Experience in providing nursing care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in correctional nursing.
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Identifying, assessing, and responding to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
