About The Position

Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center, a long-term skilled nursing care facility in Harmony, Minnesota, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role provides compassionate, hands-on care and support to residents and their families, while fostering a family-based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs. The position is 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week), with 8-hour night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., including every other weekend and holiday. Compensation is $39.24 per hour, with additional pay based on experience. Eligible new or returning Emplify Health employees may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid after six months of employment.

Requirements

• Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota.
• Post-high-school education in a specialized field: course requirements qualifying the applicant to take LPN boards, or at least an Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs.
• BLS CPR.
