We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Requirements
- Current Nebraska RN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize and make sound clinical decisions
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and team members
- Respond to resident needs and changes in condition
- Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes
