Requirements

- Excellent caregiver communication skills to educate patients and families about treatment plans while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions closely, ventilator support, and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, case management, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
