Requirements
- Associates Degree Nursing & or Undergraduate/Bachelor’s Nursing
- Valid New Jersey Licensure
- Basic Life Support
- NRP
- IBCLC Certification
- Minimum of five years’ experience working with childbearing families or maternal health.
Responsibilities
- Provides education to patients and nurses about Breastfeeding and human lactation.
- Assists mothers in initiating and continuing Breastfeeding.
- Provides care to patients raging from neonatal through geriatric.
