About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring safe delivery outcomes and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice To Haves
- ACLS preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
- Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support patient and family education during the childbirth process
