RN, Labor & Delivery - 24 hours, nights
About The Position
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. As a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery Team, you will be responsible for completing assessments, administering medications/treatments, observing patients' progress, and evaluating therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. You will also collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient and support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Nice To Haves
- BSN strongly encouraged.
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
