About The Position

This position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery. The role necessitates proficiency in managing various pregnancy-related conditions and experience with specific medical scenarios. The nurse must also be proficient in using the Cerner system and be willing to work holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the Labor & Delivery specialty
• AHA BLS required
• NRP required
• AWHONN required
• Experience with Pregnancy
• Experience with Preeclampsia
• Experience with Diabetes
• Experience with Preterm labor
• Cerner experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide care within the Labor & Delivery specialty.
• Manage patients experiencing pregnancy, preeclampsia, diabetes, and preterm labor.
• Utilize the Cerner system for patient care documentation and management.
• Work a minimum of 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve).
