About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery (L&D) located in Clearlake, CA. The assignment is for 13 weeks, starting on 09/21/2026. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license in California or eligibility/licensure by endorsement for California.
Ability to perform age-appropriate nursing care in a Labor and Delivery/Women’s Care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide age-appropriate nursing care in the Labor and Delivery/Women’s Care unit, including assessment, care planning, and interventions for patients across the age spectrum.
Administer medications and controlled substances safely; manage IV fluids in accordance with policy and procedure.
Document patient assessments, plans, interventions, and responses; communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; ensure concise handoffs.
Demonstrate safe nursing techniques, respond promptly to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians and other providers to optimize patient care.
Maintain unit cleanliness and safety, support regulatory and organizational standards, and contribute to team leadership as assigned.
