About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in L&D care and experienced with the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This role requires a valid Wisconsin or compact RN license and AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
Requirements
- Valid Wisconsin or compact RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB with Labor and Delivery experience
- Labor and Delivery competent
- Charting experience with EPIC EMR
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring patients.
- Monitor fetal and maternal well-being during labor.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care accurately in the EPIC EMR system.
