Registered Nurse IVF Coordinator

At Texas Fertility Center, our nurses do more than deliver care-they help patients achieve one of life's most meaningful milestones: growing a family. If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to transition into a specialized, patient-focused clinic role with meaningful impact and strong team collaboration, this is a unique opportunity to step into fertility care. This role offers a primarily Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with a rotation for weekends and holidays, ensuring consistent patient care and support. It is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where teamwork and excellence are valued. There are no overnight shifts, and the role provides an opportunity to build long-term patient relationships, work alongside leading fertility specialists and IVF teams, and gain experience in a highly specialized, growing field.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)

- Interested in building a long-term career in fertility or women's health
Responsibilities
- Educate patients on fertility treatments, medications, and care plans
- Coordinate and manage IVF and fertility treatment cycles
- Provide injection training and medication guidance
- Triage patient questions and manage follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, IVF lab, surgery center, and billing teams
- Assist with lab review and patient communication
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners
