About The Position

The Interventional Radiology Department has the latest angiography technology with three (3) labs for neuroradiology, body and vascular IR procedures. You will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient care to patients requiring invasive procedures from preop to post op in a team environment. The department offers comprehensive training in Radiology Interventions (body) and Neuro Interventions (stroke). A collaborative/supportive team approach embracing learning/teaching along with a supportive and engaged leadership team.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLS
Must possess at minimum 2 years critical care, Cath Lab, ED or PACU nursing experience

Responsibilities

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
