About The Position
This position is for an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) working day shifts (4x10s, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) for a 13-week contract. The RN will support IR/IN procedures and provide care in both pre- and post-procedure recovery. Floating is required across multiple facilities within a 20-mile radius. On-call is required with a 30-minute response time.
Requirements
- 18+ months of IR RN experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- EPIC experience
- Two recent supervisory references
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of IR RN experience
- Experience with angioplasty
- Experience with stenting
- Experience with angiography
- Experience with sheath removal
- Experience with vascular closure devices
- Experience with sedation monitoring
Responsibilities
- Support IR/IN procedures
