About The Position

Southwoods Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Pain Management team. You will guide patient care across the entire procedural spectrum—from preoperative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery—ensuring safety and clinical excellence at every step.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong critical thinking, effective delegation, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and interventions to prepare patients for their procedures.
• Function as a vital team member within the procedure room to meet specific procedural requirements.
• Manage post-procedural assessments and interventions to ensure a safe and effective discharge.
• Continually monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and carry out ordered interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and provide the multidisciplinary team with real-time updates on patient progress.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure all processes meet The Joint Commission (TJC) and OSHA standards.
