About The Position

Deliver high-quality, adaptable nursing care across diverse, fast-paced environments including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Headache units, with a proven ability to rapidly integrate into diverse specialty care settings. Assess, implement, and monitor comprehensive patient care plans, meticulously tracking and communicating critical shifts in patient condition to ensure timely interventions and absolute accuracy in executing physician orders. Serve as the central care coordinator across multidisciplinary healthcare teams, seamlessly managing patient needs and cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes and continuity of care in high-acuity environments.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Must have one year acute care experience

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
