About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of recent Intermediate Care/Step Down experience. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for high-risk respiratory and cardiac patients, and experience with BIPAP and Optiflow is preferred. This role requires the ability to work holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Intermediate Care/Step Down experience
• AHA BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification (preferred)
• Experience with high-risk respiratory and cardiac patients
• Experience caring for patients on BIPAP and Optiflow (preferred)
• Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday as required.

Nice To Haves

• NIHSS certification
• Experience caring for patients on BIPAP and Optiflow

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Step Down setting.
• Care for high-risk respiratory and cardiac patients.
• Administer care to patients on BIPAP and Optiflow.
• Work required holidays, including 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
