About The Position
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Registered Nurse position in our Intensive Care Unit in Hamilton, Montana. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum. Responsibilities include evaluating the nursing process, documenting findings in the EMR, directing patient care activities, collaborating with ancillary staff, and communicating patient conditions to providers and co-workers. The position also requires participation in quality and performance improvement projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ADN).
- Current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations.
- License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.
- ACLS and PALS required.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Minimum of one year of recent acute care nursing experience.
Nice To Haves
- Critical care nursing experience preferred.
- ICU RN Residency Program.
