About The Position

Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated and Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital, is a leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. As a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg Oncology Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Team, you will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, treatment evaluation, and collaboration with medical professionals to develop optimal health care plans. You will also support and educate patients and their loved ones. Requirements

Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

BSN strongly encouraged
Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred

Responsibilities

Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
