About The Position
The Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit is responsible for providing critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. The role involves using specialized equipment and techniques to monitor patient health and progress.
Requirements
- Illinois RN License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS Certification
- 2+ years of ICU experience
Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor medication regimens.
- Collaborate with health care professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
- Utilize EPIC Charting for all patient documentation.
- Float to various ICU units as needed.
