Logan Health Medical Center has a Full-Time opening for a Registered Nurse to be part of its dedicated ICU team! This position is located in scenic Kalispell, MT in the heart of the Flathead Valley. Requirements

  • Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.
  • Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
  • Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line.
  • Additional certifications may be required as applicable to assigned area(s).

Nice To Haves

  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
  • Open Heart experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.
  • Works with complex cases and delivers therapies like continuous renal replacement therapy, intubation, intracranial pressure monitoring, and advanced cardiac support with devices like Impella and balloon pumps.
  • Works both independently and within a cohesive team, providing unparalleled support to one another.
  • Utilizes cutting-edge technology and protocols, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and more.
