About The Position
Registered Nurse needed for the Intensive Care Unit. Responsible for providing patient care in a 36-bed ICU with Neuro, Cardiac, and medical surgical specialties.
Requirements
- IL License
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of strong ICU experience
- Must have completed resume, skills checklist, and reference within the last 12 months
- Ability to float as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a high-acuity ICU setting with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 2-3 depending on acuity
- Utilize EPIC for charting purposes
- Participate in orientation sessions on Wednesdays or Thursdays
