Requirements

  • Current WA State RN license
  • One (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
  • CPR certification is required every two (2) years or as specified by the work
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
  • Quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.
  • Assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Prepare patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.
