This position offers a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology, providing dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions within a hospital setting. It is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where the RN will work directly with patients in various acute care units, including ICU, CCU, and ED. The role is part-time, specifically a Weekend Only Shift. While dialysis experience is preferred, it is not required, as in-depth paid training is provided. The training period may require working 3 days per week. The role involves working in a variety of hospital units and rotating between facilities as needed, with a schedule that includes regular and on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays. Daily schedules may change based on patient needs. The successful candidate will be part of a clinical leader in kidney care, delivering critical, life-sustaining care.
