About The Position
As a Behavioral Health RN at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of an Interdisciplinary Team working within a 40-bed unit. Your care and treatment of adult behavioral health patients will significantly impact their Patient Experience. This role offers opportunities for career development through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, which supports certifications and advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) with up to $6,000 per year. You can also become involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 1 year of recent RN experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

- BSN preferred.
