Registered Nurse- Inpatient Center-Shift Support (Per Diem- as needed) FLEXIBLE ORIENTATION

Whether in a clinical role or supporting the organization behind the scenes, your career at Hospice & Community Care makes a meaningful difference to patients and families RN- Shift Support Inpatient Center, Mount Joy Per Diem (as needed) You pick: 8 or 12 hour shifts This specific role includes a new very flexible orientation. Some of the orientation will be done from home. Will require 9 full shifts of in person orientation that must be complete with 8 weeks from hire date Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) providing nursing services, assisting with care coordination, and assessing and addressing the ongoing needs of patients and caregivers. PRN Requirements:: At least 24 hrs./month. 2 Saturdays per quarter
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, licensed in Pennsylvania
- At least 6 months of recent experience preferred
- Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours per two week pay period
- Must be vaccinated for and influenza or be granted a religious/medical exemption
Responsibilities
