About The Position

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare team in an acute care setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of patient care, with a focus on critical infusion therapy and injections.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid nursing license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Compliance with the fingernail policy, which prohibits artificial nails in patient care departments.
• Candidates must be able to adhere to the radius rule of not being employed at any facility associated with the healthcare system within a 50-mile radius.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required.
• High preference for candidates who are chemotherapy certified.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, antibiotics, blood products, iron, and various fluids.
• Provide injections as needed.
• Document patient care activities using the EPIC charting system.
