As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
  • CPR Certification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
  • Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
  • Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
  • Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
  • Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
  • Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
  • Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
