About The Position

Registered Nurse – Infusion Therapy Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Therapy team! Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups, and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Requirements

• BSN/BAN in Nursing required.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• 1 year of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy administration experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a school of nursing
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
• Telephone Fax Machine
• Computer skills
• Current patient care technology/equipment.
• Photo copier
• 2 years of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy administration experience
• OCN certification
