About The Position
Per Diem Staffing Systems is a leading healthcare staffing agency in California with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Travel & Per Diem Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, and Allied Healthcare positions. They are currently seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment at Stanford Health Care in San Jose. This is a full-time position with 40-hour work weeks, consisting of four 10-hour shifts. The start times can vary between 0730, 8, 830, or 9 am. To qualify as a traveler, candidates must reside at least 60 miles outside of San Jose.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent Infusion Experience in a setting with a significant amount of infusion (inpatient or outpatient).
- Experience with administration of IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, blood products and other types of infusions.
- Experience with handling of hazardous medication.
- Strong IV access skills (peripheral, PICC, and port).
- Current CA RN License
- Current BLS (AHA)
- ONCC Certification
- EPIC Skills
