Practice Thoughtful, Collaborative Nursing: Use advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care, incorporating patient education, symptom management, and preparation for ongoing support beyond the infusion setting. Work as Part of a High-Performing Oncology Team: Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary partners to coordinate complex treatment plans, prioritize care, and ensure safe, timely infusion services in a dynamic outpatient environment. Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
