About The Position
Part Time Infection Preventionist (RN) - Mill Run Work Close to home! Come be a part of some exciting changes! 5-Star Quality Measure Care Center! The Infection Preventionist is responsible for coordinating all activities of the infection prevention and control program that meets the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care for our Mill Run Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hilliard, OH . As a RN in our Mill Run Health & Rehabilitation Center , you will ensure that our residents receive appropriate personal care and are able to attain their optimum level of functioning. You will build trusting relationships with residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse

- Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
