About The Position

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RN) in the South, East or Western regions to join our In-Home Nursing Service (IHNS), also referred to as Community Nursing. This is a great opportunity to use a range of clinical skills in person-centred, one on one nursing care. Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality one on one nursing care to a diverse range of clients within their own home, from recently born babies to older Victorians, post-acute care, and everything in between. Requirements

• At least 2 years' full-time experience as a Registered Nurse (with a Div 1 AHPRA registration).
• Strong clinical skills, including acute, as the only nurse with the client within their home.
• A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour.
• An understanding of the home care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration.
• Have a vehicle and licence to drive between clients, and a willingness to drive to clients' homes, seeing up to 8 clients per day.
• Have or can obtain a CPR certificate.
• Obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing skills in a one-on-one setting in client's home, for clients of all ages.
• Deliver specialised, high quality one on one nursing care to a diverse range of clients within their own home.
• Utilize critical thinking and make a positive impact within their communities.
• Administer medications safely.
