The RN III at Silver Lake Treatment Consortium provides comprehensive nursing care to youth ages 12–17 in a 24/7 residential behavioral health setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating care with staff and providers, managing illnesses and minor injuries, determining need for high level medical care, conducting monthly health assessments, overseeing medication ordering and reconciliation, and training staff in medication administration. Participation in an on-call rotation may be required. CPR, First Aid, and Narcan certification or experience is preferred. Routine weekend and holiday shifts are not required.
