About The Position
Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join a supportive and collaborative team. This role involves supporting patients in the inpatient setting across metro locations. The nurse will initiate actions to improve nursing practice, patient care, and unit processes to uphold the vision of providing the best care. Requirements
- 1 year of applicable experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree
Nice To Haves
- Float to the 4 Metro area hospitals
- Perform Virtual Wound care assistance
Responsibilities
- Perform wound care assessments
- Demonstrate increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritize appropriately
- Serve as a day-to-day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels
- Collaborate with physicians
- Make Recommendations
- Assist with quarterly surveys
