About The Position

We are a multispecialty Women's Clinic located in downtown Charleston at 135 Cannon Street. We see obstetrical, high risk obstetrical, gynecological, surgical, procedural, and family planning patients. We are a busy clinic with over 25 exam rooms running for up to 8 providers at a time. Parking is off site.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Women's is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Directs and leads other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice.
