Requirements

Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required.
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required.
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required.
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 Days is required.
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 Days is required.
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
1 - 2 years, ICU, PACU, ER, PCU experience strongly preferred.
