About The Position

This role involves championing patient well-being by delivering personalized, direct nursing care that adheres to the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence. The nurse will drive care excellence by implementing, continuously monitoring, and adjusting comprehensive patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes. They will coordinate holistic care as the central point of contact for an interdisciplinary team, integrating efforts for well-coordinated and continuous patient care. Additionally, the nurse will ensure seamless transitions by assessing patient discharge planning needs and partnering with the healthcare team for smooth, safe, and effective transitions of care. Communication and documentation are key, requiring meticulous records and clear, prompt, and accurate communication of changes in patient condition to all relevant team members and providers.

Requirements

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

  • Maintain meticulous records and communicate changes in patient condition clearly, promptly, and accurately to all relevant team members and providers.
